DIY design awards
Tucson Home Magazine’s fourth-annual DIY Design Awards event was a smashing success.
The excitement was electric. On the floor of Sunset Interiors stunning showroom in Tucson, five winning contestants enjoyed more than fifteen minutes of fame. With an audience of more than 100 people, our winners were honored for the personal style and passion they lavished on their homes.
Laura Hayes was crowned the grand-prize winner. Additional winners included Danny Casto and Rachael Pendleton Casto, Bill and Sue Sackrider, Scott and Jackie Yale, and Gayle and Barry Davis.
Ghini’s French Caffe kept guests gushing about the culinary nibbles, and Jeff Grubic Jazz Duo delivered a memorable performance. Sunset Interiors was a fun, fabulous host, and Commotion Studios provided the PA system that carried the exciting announcements to a captivated crowd.
